Things we do as a lab that may or may not involve science...

A Big Looooong Move for the Oswald Lab 2020-2022

In 2020 we "moved" from the University of Pittsburgh to the University of Chicago.  Moving a laboratory is tough at the best of times, but no small feat in the middle of a worldwide pandemic. Due to shutdowns and reduced staffing, the lab itself did not move until 2021. This was followed by a year of rebuilding and supply chain issues that plagued us into 2022. In the end, it took us nearly two years to get the lab up and running again. I am eternally grateful for the efforts, patience and resiliance of everyone in the lab who worked so hard to get us back on track. We are so excited to be part of the U Chicago Neuroscience community and are looking forward to 2023 and beyond.

Activity: Choose three scents to make a mixture that describes you for the lab website
Thank you to the fantastic staff at the Candle Lab, it was scentsational!

Milkshakes because a hockey player scored a goal and they were half price.... as if excuses are required.
